Now who would have thought we'd see this again. definitely not me. Funny thing is Art and Rob actually get along, and became friends while on Warriors and Classic. We love regular Rob.
During this tournament Rob helped out because Alex was busy at the hospital having a baby(or watching his girlfriend have the baby), and resting at home.

Game one we beat the Yaquis 10-2!
Cesar and Xander. They played together on Warriors, and both left with others and became Classic Baseball. They started to bond more on Classic, and even more so when they both chose to go on the wait list for SLAM academy. Manny and Alex (along with Smiley, and Chappie) already went there and liked it. It was this tournament Xander finally made the choice to go to try to go to SLAM
(I got got say was one of my happier moments)
now these 2.. basically around eachother more than anyone else in their life. 4 or 5 classes together, same highschool club team, smae ground of friends, and weekends are spent together often too.
We had a break between the games..
GAME 2
I believe Alex got a homerun ^
and we won
Game 2 we won again! Badgers 6-4, I dont remember much about that game, but with a close score, Im guessing it was stressful.
Day 2:
this day fell on Mothers Day. no better way to spend that day than BASEBALL.
Also we got to Sport our new Jerseys sponsored by Countryside Market

(I was most happiest to beat this team over any other team in this tournament)
All I wanted for mothers day was a win, and I got just that. I should have asked for a 1st place win, but I got a win, and Xander brought home some bling.
We had some time between this game and the Championship game. So I had arranged for all the moms who were there (and the ones who didnt make it to the games) to get a rose and a personalized card from each boy!

now I am not sure what happened here with my pictures of the championship game.........
but we lost... bad, to the dirtbags.. like 13-0 bad
Maybe I was too pissed to take pictures... The dirtbags.. ugh.
we took 2nd place in the championship.
I usually take pictures of 1st and 2nd place.. but I was obviously not happy
(actually, Im not of fan of how the dirt bags usually play, so I probably chose not to take their picture with our boys.)
They got rings and a team trophy. Xander hates hates taking 2nd place.
He has many 2nd place rings and trophies for club ball.
So he would rather not even make it in the to 2 at this point.
I still think 2nd is okay.
