Flag Football 2014/2015

After leaving the Pumas, Xander put down the bat, and picked up a football again.

He joined NYS flag football.

The coach for the team was very serious, and the team did good. Xanders fast feet helped out a lot!

 He got a touchdown!

He enjoyed flag football, but he did miss baseball. We went to this Mountain West college/pro scout showcase and also watched a couple of his friends baseball games, and he just really wanted to get back on the baseball field. He didnt want to just jump into any team though.. so we waited....

Las Vegas Tackle football 2012

July 2012 we moved to Vegas. We got settled in a cute place, and enjoyed the summer! The fall of that year Xander started football. He played with the "702 49ers". The beginning of it, he played with littler kids, which was great! However he date of birth made him move up a level. He still played his heart out and had a ton of fun!

Its also been great to be in Vegas, we have had family from California come up so show support.

Xander may have been small, but he is fast! Always in the front of the line!

                        

Tackle football 2011

Fall 2011 Xander wanted to try tackle football. Eddie his best friend also signed up. They played for Hillcrest. Hillcrest was our local highschool team, to the little league and the football team took on that name. Football was a little harder for him, he was smaller. He loved it though. They played in the rain and snow. 

Eddie is #27 and Xander is #19 both in the front row

Eddie took to football very naturally, and did well. Xander played with his whole heart, he may had been small, but he was fast! His legs love to run!
