Shortly after baseball ended, we went to Vegas on vacation. Or plans were to move out of Utah one day. I had applied for a couple jobs, and was quickly offered one. We went back home and packed up. Was sad for our kids to leave their best friends. Especially for Xander, all he knew was Utah, born and raised there.
We had no idea how big baseball was in Vegas, or that Xander would be such a big part of it. (Or I didnt anyways).
